Individual Reflexology Sessions
Individual sessions can be highly effective in as little as 50 minutes or 60 minutes working on the feet and hands. A complete and integrated session involving the ears as well as the hands and feet, takes 75 minutes.

What Happens in a Session
If you have never had a reflexology session, here is what to expect. We start with a short conversation about what is bothering you and what you would like to work on. You stay fully clothed for the whole session — only your shoes and socks come off.
I work from reflexology maps of the feet, hands, and outer ears, applying firm, precise pressure to specific points rather than rubbing or kneading muscles. Some points feel tender. Most people find the session deeply relaxing, and a few fall asleep.
A 50-minute session covers the feet. A 60-minute session adds the hands and/or ears. The 75-minute integrated session covers all three — that is the full Flocco Method. Once you have come in a few times, I can teach you simple manipulations to use at home between sessions.

Flex Medical Spending accounts (FSA) are accepted. Many plans reimburse reflexology sessions, but coverage varies — check with your plan administrator before booking, and I can provide an itemized receipt for your records. Cash and major credit cards are also accepted.
