I started AJ’s Reflexology partly because I wanted to bring the Flocco method to the Bay Area where I live (in Palo Alto, CA). The Flocco technique was a large part of my education at The American Academy of Reflexology. My world renowned instructor, Bill Flocco, created and taught the Flocco method all over the world. He is also the founder of my school and has over 30 years of experience in the field of reflexology.

Bill Flocco’s interest in reflexology may well have been started by his mother. After extensive surgeries, she was in constant pain and would often ask Bill to rub her feet. Following every foot rub, young Mr. Flocco began to notice that not only did his mother’s feet feel much better; her whole body did, inside and out. Thus his curiosity was aroused and after years of study he created the Flocco method.

The Flocco methods are unique because they integrate hand, foot, and ear massage - and these are the main techniques I use in my reflexology sessions. The techniques taught by Bill Flocco allow for all three reflexology areas to be massaged in one session with no compromise in the effectiveness of the method.

Before the Flocco method, often a patient would not get the full benefit of a reflexology session without extensive and costly reflexology sessions. Now, I can offer a shorter and more affordable alternatives with no concessions that could be costly to your health.

Excepting those with serious illness or chronic conditions, most problems can be solved in as little as two or three sessions as long as the patient continues to take care of themselves at home with simple self-administered reflexology techniques.

My goal is to help you with your problems, and as a Flocco practitioner, I can help you breathe better, feel better, and live better.

If you have questions or concerns feel free to send me a message online through my contact form. I will do my best to answer any questions you have, or make any accommodations that your circumstances may require.
