Do you want to learn more about reflexology? Here are some excellent resources for you to use - and if you have additional questions, please feel free to contact me by phone, or through our contact form.

Books

  • Idiot's Guides: Reflexology (Bill Flocco, 2014) - Available from Amazon, and other bookshops, this is one of the best books I have read on the integrated Flocco method. The book is richly illustrated with photos and charts and provides a hands-on primer to use the techniques of reflexology. An excellent resource to learn more about the subject, and test out it's effectiveness yourself.

Research, Education and Classes

These are very useful sites for information at all levels on reflexology.

  • The American Academy of Reflexologyamericanacademyofreflexology.com - The AAR website is a good source of information to learn more about the classes that are available and that I took while learning about Bill Flocco's integrated method of reflexology. Bill's website also contains details about reflexology, it's history and application, and fascinating facts!
  • Reflexology Researchreflexologyresearch.net - with access to over 380 research abstracts about reflexology, this website is good resource if you want to learn more about the scientific background to the method. Research results are categorised by area of concern, from arthiritis to urinary tract. The sidebar to this page provides a list of links to the individual research report summaries.
  • Robin Varga - reflexologysf.com/classes.html - Robin is a reflexologist in San Francisco, and she maintains an index of upcoming classes and seminars that are available.
